Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment a $20 non refundable deposit must be made, this will come off your total service. Please remove all makeup prior to coming to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to go over waiver forms and 5 minutes for all further appointments. CANCELLATIONS: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. The $20 booking fee will be non refundable for missed appointments if after the 24 hours. LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOWS: If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook and your $20 deposit will be forfeited. No shows more than twice will no longer be able to book an appointment with Aurora Beauty and Lash Studio.
